一、植物和藻類內(nèi)參抗體
選擇合適的植物內(nèi)參,首先考慮樣本來源,植物樣本需要選用植物細(xì)胞表達(dá)穩(wěn)定的蛋白比如Actin或者Rubisco作為內(nèi)參;其次要考慮目的蛋白的分子量大小,我們推薦內(nèi)參要與檢測的目的蛋白的分子量相差5kD以上,以區(qū)分目的蛋白條帶;最后,考慮目的蛋白的表達(dá)定位,選擇對應(yīng)的內(nèi)參抗體,比如,全細(xì)胞、細(xì)胞核、線粒體等等。同時,在特定條件下,內(nèi)參蛋白的表達(dá)會出現(xiàn)異常,應(yīng)該將其考慮在內(nèi)。

二、Rubisco抗體
Rubisco(核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶)催化光合生物中CO2固定的限速步驟。從紫色細(xì)菌到植物,它的同源性已經(jīng)得到了證實,并且由兩個蛋白質(zhì)亞基組成,每個亞基有8個拷貝。在植物和綠藻中,大亞基(~55kDa)由葉綠體rbcL基因編碼,小亞基(15kDa)由核rbcS基因家族編碼。更多詳情點擊>
