一、細(xì)胞壁抗體
該抗體集合包含多種抗體,可對(duì)植物細(xì)胞壁的成分和負(fù)責(zé)細(xì)胞壁生物合成的酶進(jìn)行免疫定位。
初生細(xì)胞壁主要的成分是纖維素,半纖維素和果膠。其中最常見(jiàn)的半纖維素是木葡聚糖。次生細(xì)胞壁含有多種其他化合物,可改變其機(jī)械性能和滲透性能。構(gòu)成木材(主要是次生細(xì)胞壁)的主要聚合物包括:纖維素,35-50%;木聚糖,20-35%,一種半纖維素;木質(zhì)素,10-25%,一種復(fù)雜的酚類聚合物,滲透纖維素,半纖維素和果膠成分之間的細(xì)胞壁中的空間,驅(qū)除水分并加強(qiáng)細(xì)胞壁。
此外,在大多數(shù)植物細(xì)胞壁中發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白(1-5%)被分類為富含羥脯氨酸的糖蛋白(HRGP),阿拉伯半乳聚糖蛋白(AGP),富含甘氨酸的蛋白質(zhì)(GRP)和富含脯氨酸的蛋白質(zhì)(PRPs)。植物細(xì)胞壁還含有許多酶,例如水解酶,酯酶,過(guò)氧化物酶和轉(zhuǎn)糖基酶,其作用是切割,修剪和交叉鏈接細(xì)胞壁聚合物。點(diǎn)擊詳情查看>

二、膜運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)抗體

三、線粒體|呼吸作用抗體
