His標(biāo)簽,也稱為多組氨酸標(biāo)簽(polyhistidine),His6標(biāo)簽或hexa組氨酸標(biāo)簽,這是一種在轉(zhuǎn)染的細(xì)胞中目標(biāo)蛋白的C端或N端上由至少6個組氨酸殘基鏈接上所組成的氨基酸序列。

His-Tag是目前用于純化的融合標(biāo)簽中應(yīng)用最廣泛的特點:
