同型對照（Isotype control）是添加到免疫測定中的試劑，使用與一抗相同種屬來源、相同亞型、相同劑量和相同的免疫球蛋白及亞型的免疫球蛋白，用于消除由于抗體非特異性結(jié)合到細(xì)胞表面而產(chǎn)生的背景染色。這些同種型對照抗體在流式細(xì)胞術(shù)（FCM）和免疫組織化學(xué)分析中最常用。
