GLP-1是由腸道L細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的主要腸促胰島素激素之一。它以活性形式（7-37）/（7-36）酰胺分泌，但會(huì)被酶DPP4迅速切割，形成代謝產(chǎn)物GLP-1（9-37）/（9-36）酰胺。盡管兩種活性形式顯示出相同的生物活性，但在人體循環(huán)中的GLP-1主要以酰胺化形式存在。
