ApoScreen 7-AAD是一種即用型細(xì)胞活性染料，可用于流式細(xì)胞術(shù)分析中排除非活性細(xì)胞。由于7-AAD、PE（phycoerythrin，別名藻紅蛋白）和FITC（fluorescein，別名熒光素）的熒光發(fā)射光譜之間幾乎沒有重疊，因此這種溶液可以與PE和FITC偶聯(lián)抗體一起用于雙色分析。激發(fā)/發(fā)射波長為488/647 nm。
