儲(chǔ)存條件：收到后，將抗體、酶結(jié)合物和底物儲(chǔ)存于4-8℃。培養(yǎng)板可在室溫下保存。

有效期：自收到之日起至少18個(gè)月。

將豬外周血單個(gè)核細(xì)胞（PBMC）在無(wú)ConA（250,000細(xì)胞/孔）或有ConA（50,000細(xì)胞/孔）的條件下孵育過(guò)夜，通過(guò)ELISpot檢測(cè)法分析分泌IFN-γ的細(xì)胞數(shù)量。
