將豬外周血單個核細胞（PBMC）在無植物血凝素（Phytohaemagglutinin，PHA）（250,000個細胞/孔）或有PHA（50,000個細胞/孔）的條件下孵育過夜，通過ELISpot檢測法分析分泌IFN-γ的細胞數量。
