儲(chǔ)存條件：收到后，抗體、酶結(jié)合物和底物需在 4-8 °C 下保存。培養(yǎng)板可在室溫下保存。

有效期：自收到之日起至少 18 個(gè)月。

將大鼠脾細(xì)胞（100,000 個(gè)細(xì)胞/孔）在有或無刀豆蛋白 A（ConA）的條件下孵育過夜，通過 ELISpot 檢測分析分泌 IFN-γ 的細(xì)胞數(shù)量。
