有效期：自收到之日起至少18個(gè)月。

將外周血單個(gè)核細(xì)胞（PBMC，62,500個(gè)細(xì)胞/孔）在有或無(wú)抗CD3單克隆抗體（購(gòu)自Mabtech，產(chǎn)品編號(hào)3605-1-50）的條件下孵育20小時(shí)，通過ELISpot檢測(cè)分析分泌IFN-γ的細(xì)胞數(shù)量。
