緩沖液配方：從蒸餾水中凍干

推薦儲存條件：-20°C

操作和儲存：純化的（UNLB）蛋白A以5.0 mg或1.0 mg的純化凍干蛋白形式提供。在復(fù)溶前，材料可在-20°C下儲存長達(dá)一年。在PBS中復(fù)溶至盡可能高的濃度。復(fù)溶后，分裝并儲存于-20°C，最長可達(dá)六個月。

辣根過氧化物酶（HRP）偶聯(lián)物以1.0 mL的形式提供，其母液為50%甘油/50% PBS，pH 7.4。未添加防腐劑。可在2-8°C下儲存，或長期儲存于-20°C。

如果按照指示儲存，試劑在標(biāo)簽上標(biāo)明的有效期內(nèi)是穩(wěn)定的。
