SouthernBiotech-Mouse Anti-Human IgG(Fc)-BIOT處理和儲存：

1、純化的（UNLB）抗體以1.0毫升的硼酸鹽緩沖液中供應，含有0.5毫克純化免疫球蛋白，pH值為8.2。未添加防腐劑或含胺緩沖鹽。儲存在2-8°C。

2、熒光素（FITC）綴合物以1.0毫升的PBS/NaN3中供應，含有0.5毫克。儲存在2-8°C。

3、堿性磷酸酶（AP）綴合物以1.0毫升的庫存溶液供應，溶液為50 mM Tris/1 mM MgCl2/50%甘油，pH值為8.0，含有NaN3作為防腐劑。儲存在2-8°C或長期儲存在-20°C。

4、辣根過氧化物酶（HRP）綴合物以1.0毫升的庫存溶液供應，溶液為50%甘油/50% PBS，pH值為7.4。未添加防腐劑。儲存在2-8°C或長期儲存在-20°C。

5、生物素（BIOT）綴合物以1.0毫升的PBS/NaN3中供應，含有0.5毫克。儲存在2-8°C。

6、R-藻紅蛋白（PE）綴合物以1.0毫升的PBS/NaN3和穩定劑中供應，含有0.1毫克。儲存在2-8°C。不要冷凍！

7、Alexa Fluor 488 (AF488)、亞歷克薩熒光? 555和 Alexa Fluor 647 (AF647) 綴合物以0.2毫升的PBS/NaN3中供應，含有0.1毫克。儲存在2-8°C。

8、保護熒光素綴合形式免受光線照射。如果按照指示儲存，試劑在標簽上顯示的有效期內是穩定的。
