BTTAA是新時(shí)代的水溶性加速配體,用于銅催化的疊氮-炔烴環(huán)加成反應(yīng)(CuAAC),與前幾代配體(例如THPTA或TBTA)相比,它提供了更大的反應(yīng)速率增強(qiáng)。更重要的是,它最小化了對(duì)被探測(cè)的細(xì)胞或生物體生理狀態(tài)的干擾,并且通過進(jìn)一步降低催化劑配方中的銅含量,允許進(jìn)行有效的生物偶聯(lián),同時(shí)抑制了細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞毒性。
