在您選擇的活細胞中實時測量循環(huán)AMP信號。熒光的減少表明cAMP的產(chǎn)生增加。cADDis經(jīng)基因編碼并包裝在BacMam病毒載體中,可輕松轉導到多種細胞類型中,包括原代和iPSC衍生的細胞系。只需將cADDis添加到你的細胞中,第二天就可以在標準熒光顯微鏡和自動讀板器上測量強大的信號。
cADDis檢測協(xié)議已針對在96孔板上測量快速分裂、永生化細胞系中的cAMP反應進行了優(yōu)化,并已在活體HEK293T細胞中驗證。CADDIs用戶已在多種細胞類型中發(fā)表了結果。這項檢測非常穩(wěn)健,可用于活細胞成像或在自動熒光板閱讀器上進行篩選。
