應(yīng)用說(shuō)明：ENZO病理基因? HPV 16/18型探針采用HPV 16和HPV 18特異性探針的混合物，可檢測(cè)與宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變（CIN）和原位癌（CIS）相關(guān)的HPV類型。探針混合物變性并雜交到固定在顯微鏡載玻片上并預(yù)處理的組織切片。HPV DNA探針與標(biāo)本中DNA之間的特異性雜交通過(guò)生物素的檢測(cè)來(lái)確定。
