【產(chǎn)品介紹】
EbbaBiolight分子允許直接觀察細(xì)菌或細(xì)菌生物膜,而不使用抗體或任何有毒化學(xué)物質(zhì)。當(dāng)與目標(biāo)結(jié)合時(shí),分子變得高度熒光,無(wú)毒,并且在推薦濃度下不會(huì)干擾細(xì)菌生長(zhǎng)或生物膜形成,因此Ebbabiolight可以添加到活培養(yǎng)物中,使用分光光度分析實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤細(xì)菌生長(zhǎng)或生物膜形成。此外,Ebbabilight是感光性和耐熱的,并允許在任何應(yīng)用中,易于處理。

氣固界面沙門氏菌生物膜的成像和實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控--
新的方法表明,Ebbabilight可以混合到生長(zhǎng)介質(zhì)(瓊脂)中。這使得沙門氏菌生物膜中細(xì)胞外成分的非破壞性選擇性跟蹤成為可能。
細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)成分的空間和時(shí)間動(dòng)態(tài),允許定性和定量的結(jié)構(gòu)分析。

對(duì)于 Staphylococci的直接檢測(cè)和定量,研究表明,Ebbabilight與細(xì)胞包膜成分結(jié)合。由于EbbaBiolight不與革蘭氏陰性細(xì)菌結(jié)合,因此可以區(qū)分革蘭氏+ve和革蘭氏- ve,熒光強(qiáng)度與光密度線性相關(guān),在樣品中定量準(zhǔn)確直接。
