Micromod熒光聚苯乙烯/聚甲基丙烯酸酯顆粒(micromer-F):
是來(lái)自聚苯乙烯、取代聚苯乙烯、聚苯乙烯共聚物或聚甲基丙烯酸酯的單分散顆粒,顆粒表面設(shè)計(jì)有羧酸基團(tuán)(COOH)和氨基基團(tuán)(NH2),用于蛋白質(zhì)、抗體或其他分子的共價(jià)結(jié)合,提供紅色 (micromer?-redF) 和綠色 (micromer?-greenF) 熒光,表面帶有鏈霉親和素,用于結(jié)合生物素化分子。
