Amlexanox 是一種偶氮蒽酮衍生物，用于治療復(fù)發(fā)性口瘡和哮喘。Amlexanox 通過與 S100A12 和 S100A13 蛋白結(jié)合以及減弱肌動蛋白應(yīng)激纖維形成和 FGF1 釋放來改變細(xì)胞骨架功能并抑制細(xì)胞遷移和增殖。Amlexanox 可能通過抑制 5 和 12-脂氧合酶以及通過抑制肥大細(xì)胞釋放組胺來表現(xiàn)出其抗過敏活性。該化合物還通過抑制 TANK 結(jié)合激酶 1 （TBK1） 和 IκB 激酶 （IKK） 表現(xiàn)出抗肥胖和抗糖尿病特性;這種活動會增加能量消耗、產(chǎn)熱和體重減輕，還可以提高胰島素敏感性。
