推薦使用方法：使用前請將底物恢復至室溫。將底物溶液通過0.45微米濾膜過濾后，加入經過堿性磷酸酶孵育和隨后洗滌的ELISpot板中。顯色至斑點出現為止。通過用大量自來水沖洗以終止顏色反應。
