推薦使用方法：使用前請將底物恢復至室溫。在經過辣根過氧化物酶孵育和隨后洗滌的ELISpot板中加入該底物。顯色至斑點出現為止。通過用大量去離子水沖洗以終止顏色反應（因為離子可能會導致TMB斑點褪色）。
