SouthernBiotech的Mycoplasma Detection Kit旨在專門檢測細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中潛在的支原體污染。該試劑盒采用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)（PCR）技術(shù)來擴(kuò)增支原體基因組內(nèi)保守的16S rRNA編碼區(qū)域，從而提供了一種廣泛、高靈敏度且高效的檢測方法。精心設(shè)計的引物序列覆蓋了支原體目（Mycoplasma、Acholeplasma和Ureaplasma）的三個屬，使試劑盒能夠檢測超過95%的潛在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)感染。
