PI(3,4,5)P3 diC8(磷脂酰肌醇3,4,5-三磷酸二油酸酯) 是一種合成的、純化的二油酸基PI(3,4,5)P3。
磷脂酰肌醇(PIPns) 是細(xì)胞膜的次要成分,但卻是細(xì)胞通信中不可或缺的信號(hào)分子。磷脂酰肌醇3,4,5-三磷酸(PIP3) 是由PI(4,5)P2通過PI 3-激酶的磷酸化作用形成的,它激活了眾多信號(hào)通路,從而導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞增殖、生長、存活、葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)和蛋白質(zhì)合成。在癌癥和炎癥性疾病中,由于PI3-K的失調(diào),PIP3水平升高。PIP3可以被磷酸酶PTEN水解為PI(4,5)P2,也可以被SHIP水解為PI(3,4)P2。
