       【原理】Magic Red魔力紅底物,是細胞滲透性的,它很容易穿透細胞膜和內(nèi)部細胞器的膜——不需要裂解或滲透步驟。如果組織蛋白酶是活性的,魔紅底物被裂解,甲酰紫熒光團將在激發(fā)時變?yōu)闊晒猓‥x/Em =592nm/628nm)。隨著酶活性的進展和更多魔紅底物的裂解,信號將增強,使研究人員能夠觀察顏色隨時間的變化。樣品可通過熒光顯微鏡熒光酶標儀進行分析。試劑盒中包括Hoechst 33342和吖啶橙,分別用于檢測核形態(tài)和溶酶體細胞器結(jié)構(gòu)。
