PI（3）P 質量數 ELISA 試劑盒是一種 96 孔競爭性 ELISA 試劑盒，可通過定量細胞中發現的 PI（3）P 量來確定 PI3-K 活性。遵循非放射性脂質提取方案后，從數百萬個細胞中獲得的PI（3）P樣品在競爭性ELISA上檢測。

將細胞PI（3）P樣品與PI（3）P檢測器蛋白混合并孵育，然后加入PI（3）P包被的微孔板中進行競爭性結合。過氧化物酶連接的二級檢測器和比色檢測用于檢測PI（3）P蛋白與板的結合。該測定對 1.0 pmol（3）P 敏感。比色信號與獲得的PI（3）P量成反比。  

PI（3）P 質量數 ELISA 測量通過競爭性 ELISA 從細胞中提取的 PI（3）P 的量。
