PIP陣列是預(yù)先點(diǎn)樣的膜，具有所有八種磷酸肌醇的濃度梯度。PIP 陣列用于簡(jiǎn)單的蛋白質(zhì)-脂質(zhì)疊加測(cè)定，以幫助確定蛋白質(zhì)對(duì)一種或多種脂質(zhì)的特異性和敏感性。

簡(jiǎn)而言之，一旦膜被封閉，它就會(huì)與您感興趣的蛋白質(zhì)一起孵育。然后將膜洗滌并與針對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)或蛋白質(zhì)親和標(biāo)簽的HRP標(biāo)記抗體一起孵育。在用ECL或沉淀TMB檢測(cè)試劑孵育之前再次洗滌膜。然后，可以根據(jù)所使用的檢測(cè)試劑使用適當(dāng)?shù)脑O(shè)備進(jìn)行可視化。 

PIP 陣列是一種 4 x5 cm 疏水膜，含有 100、50、25、12.5、6.25、3.13 和 1.56 pmol的以下脂質(zhì)：磷脂酰肌醇 （PtdIns）、磷脂酰肌醇 （3）-磷酸 （PtdIns（3）P）、磷脂酰肌醇 （4）-磷酸 （PtdIns（4）P）、磷脂酰肌醇 （5）-磷酸 （PtdIns（5 ）P ）， 磷脂酰肌醇（3，4）-二磷酸（PtdIns（3，4）P₂ ),磷脂酰肌醇（3，5）-二磷酸（PtdIns（3，5）P₂),磷脂酰肌醇（4，5）-二磷酸（PtdIns（4，5）P₂),磷脂酰肌醇（3，4，5）-三磷酸（PtdIns（3，4，5）P₃).
