The Bio-active Lipid I Screening Library consists of 11 plates and contains more than 785 compounds in a 96-well Matrix tube rack format as 1.0 mM stocks in DMSO. The library may include prostaglandins, thromboxanes , cannabinoids, D-myo-inositol-phosphates, phosphatidylinositol-phosphates, sphingolipids, inhibitors, receptor agonists and antagonists, ceramide derivatives, and several other complex polyunsaturated fatty acids. This library collection is ideal for prostanoid or other G protein-coupled receptor screening, target validation, secondary screening, validating new assays and for routine pharmacological applications. The composition of this screening library will always vary somewhat depending upon our inventory. Stability data is not available for compounds as supplied in the screening library.
