產品描述

Inhibitor of HIF-1alpha. Thought to act via down-regulation of HIF-1alpha protein synthesis; reduces phosphorylation of eIF4E binding protein 1 (4EBP1) and p70 S6K in hypoxic conditions. Also blocks hypoxia-induced HIF-1alpha accumulation in a range of human cancer cell lines. Inhibits the expression of HIF target genes, such as carbonic anhydrase IX and MMP2.Sequence:C16H16Cl4N2O4S4Solubility:DMSO (~100mM)Molecular Weight:~570.38Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
