- Control Peptide for 029886.Stromal cell-derived factor-1 beta is a stromal derived CXC chemokine that belong to the intercrine family, members of which activate leukocytes and are often induced by proinflammatory stimuli such as lipopolysaccharide, TNF, or IL1. SDF-1b signals through CXCR4 receptor.Source:Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa74 from human SDF-1b.Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
