產品描述: Stem Cell Factor (SCF) is a hematopoietic growth factor that exerts its activity at the early stages of hematopoiesis. SCF stimulates the proliferation of myeloid, erythroid, and lymphoid progenitors in bone marrow cultures and has been shown to act synergistically with colony stimulating factors. Murine SCF is an 18.3kD protein containing 164 amino acid residues (secreted soluble form).Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to human SCF, expressed in E. coli.Biological Activity:Determined by its ability to stimulate the proliferation of human TF-1 cells. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
