產品描述: L-selection (CD26L) is a cell surface adhesion protein constitutively expressed on all classes of? human leukocytes.? The L-Selectin glycoprotein is composed of a C-type lectin family domain at the amino terminus, an EGF-like domain, two short consensus repeat (SCR) sequences, a transmembrane domain and a short cytoplasmic tail. L-Selectin contains 7 potential N- linked glycosylation sites.Source:L-selectin-Fc Chimera, from Human DNA sequence encoding the signal peptide, pro-peptide and extracellular domain of human L-Selectin aa1-343 was fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 aa93-330. The chimeric protein was expressed in modified human 293 cells.Molecular Weight:~75kD-105kD with post-translation modification and ~59.9kD unmodifiedStorage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
