產品描述: Internucleosomal DNA fragmentation is a hallmark of apoptosis in mammalian cells.Sample Type:Cell culture (adherent and suspension) Intended Use:The TUNEL-based assay kit provides complete components including positive and negative control cells for convenient detection of DNA fragmentation in cultured cells and tissue sections.Specificity:Species Crossreactivity: mammalianTest Principle:The ApoDIRECT In Situ DNA Fragmentation BioAssay Kit provides complete components including positive and negative control cells for conveniently detecting DNA fragmentation by fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry. The TUNEL-based detection kit utilizes terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) to catalyze incorporation of fluorescein-12-dUTP at the free 3’-hydroxyl ends of the fragmented DNA. The fluorescein-labeled DNA can then be observed by fluorescence microscopy or analyzed by flow cytometry.Kit Components:Positive Control Cells, 1x5ml?Negative Control Cells, 1x5ml?Wash Buffer, 1x100ml?Reaction Buffer, 1x0.5ml?TdT Enzymes, 1x38ul?FITC-dUTP, 1x0.40ml?Rinse Buffer, 1x100ml?PI/RNase Staining Buffer, 1x25mlStorage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
