- The Genomic DNA Isolation BioAssay Kit provides a simple and convenient procedure for rapid isolation of genomic DNA from mammalian cells and tissue samples with high yield and purity. The novel method requires <90 minutes to prepare highly pure genomic DNA. Sample Type:Cell culture (adherent and suspension), fresh and frozen tissuesIntended Use:The extracted genomic DNA is free from protein and RNA, and suitable for a variety of applications such as PCR, DNA hybridization, enzyme manipulation, cloning, Southern blot and array-based experiments.Specificity:Species Crossreactivity: mammalian Kit Components:Cell Lysis Buffer, 2x1.8ml?Enzyme Mix, lyophilized, 1x vial?TE Buffer, 1x1.5mlStorage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
