- The human GM-CSF BioAssay ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human GM-CSF.Sample Type:Serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and urineIntended Use:Applications include: quantitative protein detection, establishing normal range and validation of antibody array results.Sensitivity:The minimum detectable concentration of GM-CSF is <2pg/ml. Range:2-500pg/mlSpecificity:Recognizes human GM-CSF. This ELISA kit shows no cross-reactivity with the following cytokines tested: Mouse CD30, L CD30, T CD40, CRG-2, CTACK, CXCL16, Eotaxin, Eotaxin-2, Fas Ligand, Fractalkine, GCSF, GM-CFS, IFN-gamma, IGFBP-3, IGFBP-5, IGFBP-6, IL-1a, IL-1b, IL-2, IL-3, IL-3 Rb, IL-4, IL-5, IL-9, IL-10, IL-12 p40/p70, IL-12 p70, IL-13, IL-17, KC, Leptin R, LEPTIN(OB), LIX, L-Selectin, Lymphotactin, MCP-1, MCP-5, M-CSF, MIG, MIP-1a, MIP-1gamma, MIP-2, MIP-3b, MIP-3a, PF-4, P-Selectin, SCF, SDF-1a, TARC, TCA-3, TECK, TIMP-1, TNF-a, TNF RI, TNF RII, TPO, VCAM-1, VEGF.Test Principle:This BioAssay employs an antibody specific for human GM-CSF coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and GM-CSF present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-human GM-CSF antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of GM-CSF bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450nm. The intra-Assay reproducibility is CV<10% & inter-Assay is CV<12%.Kit Components:GM-CSF Microplate (Item A), 1x96wells Wash Buffer Concentrate, 20X, (Item B), 1x25ml Standards (Item C), 2x vials Assay Diluent (Item E), 5X, 1x15mlDetection Antibody GM-CSF (Item F), 2x vialsHRP-Streptavidin Concentrate (Item G), 200X, 1x200ul TMB One-Step Substrate Reagent (Item H), 1x12ml Stop Solution (Item I), 1x8mlStorage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
