產品描述: Neuraminidase (NA) is a very common enzyme that hydrolyzes terminal sialic acid residues on polysaccharide chains; most often a galactose residue. NA activity plays a key role in the invasion of target cells and the replication of influenza virus. NA activity also assists in the elution of progeny viruses from infected cells, and prevents self-aggregation of virus. Thus, NA is an important target for drug development.Sample Type:Animal tissues: liver, brain, kidney etc. Cell culture: Adherent or suspension cells. Serum.Intended Use:For use in measurement of NA activity in various tissues/cells extracts or serum sample infected with influenza virus.Sensitivity:The assay can detect Neuraminidase activity <2mU/ml in a variety of samples.Test Principle:This Neuraminidase Activity BioAssay Kit provides a simple and sensitive method for measuring NA activity using fluorescence (Ex/Em=530/590nm). The assay utilizes NA Probe to detect the neuraminidase activity. Kit Components:NA Assay Buffer, 1x30ml NA Probe, in DMSO, anhydrous, 1x200ulNA Substrate, lyophilized, 1x vialNA Enzyme Mix I, lyophilized, 1x vialNA Enzyme Mix II, lyophilized, 1x vialGalactose Standard, 100nmol/ul, 1x100ulNA Positive Control, 1x100ulStorage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
