產品描述: T4 is a useful marker for the diagnosis of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. The level of T4 is decreased in hypothyroid patients and is increased in hyperthyroid patients. Sample Type:Serum or plasmaIntended Use:For use in quantitative protein detection, establishing normal range etc.Sensitivity:0.467ug/dlSpecificity:Recognizes mouse/rat thyroxine (T4). Test Principle:This mouse/rat thyroxine (T4) kit is a solid phase competitive ELISA Kit. The samples, and T4 enzyme conjugate are added to the wells coated with anti-T4 polyclonal antibody. T4 in the sample competes with a T4 enzyme (HRP) conjugate for binding sites. Unbound T4 and T4 enzyme conjugate are washed off by wash buffer. Upon the addition of the substrate, the intensity of color is inversely proportional to the concentration of T4 in the samples. A standard curve is prepared relating color intensity to the concentration of the T4.Kit Components:Plate coated with T4 Ab, 1x96 wells?T4 Standard, 7x vials ?Assay Diluent, 1x12ml ?T4 Enzyme Conjugate Conc., 1x1.5ml ?20X Wash Concentrate, 1x25ml ?TMB Substrate, 1x12ml ?Stop Solution, 1x12ml Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
