- 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D3 (25HVD3), BioAssay ELISA Kit is a competitive ELISA intended for the quantitative determination of 25HVD3 in canine serum.Detection Range:20-100ug/LIntra-assay Precision: %CV <10 Inter-assay Precision: %CV <15Sensitivity:The minimum detectable dose of canine 25HVD3 is typically less than 5ug/L.The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest caniine 25HVD3 concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean O.D value of 20 replicates of the zero standard added by their three standard deviations.Specificity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of canine 25HVD3. No significant crossreactivity or interference between canine 25HVD3 and analogs was observed.Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the crossreactivity detection between canine 25HVD3 and all the analogs. Wear eye, hand, face, and clothing protection when using this material.Storage and Stability:Store all kit components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. Once opened, the kit is stable for 1 month providing this is within the expiration date of the kit. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
