- Kit comes in a convenient format with purified BRD9 protein, ligands, Tb donor, dye-labeled acceptor, assay buffer and microtiter plate to perform 384 reactions.The BRD9 TR-FRET BioAssay Kit is designed to measure the inhibition of BRD9 binding to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET-based assay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for high throughput screening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; a sample containing terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, BRD9, substrate, and an inhibitor is incubated for sixty minutes. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescence reader.Applications: Suitable for use in screening small molecular inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested.Kit Components:White, Nonbinding, low volume, microtiter plate, 1x plateBRD9, GST, 2x5ug BET Bromodomain Ligand, 1x50ul Non-acetylated Ligand 1, 1x15ul Tb donor, 2x10ul Dye-labeled acceptor, 2x10ul 3x BRD TR-FRET Assay Buffer 1, 1x4ml Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
