This kit contains enough reagents for 50 isolations of RNA from whole blood.Sample Type:Whole bloodIntended Use:Isolation of RNAs from whole bloodTest Principle:This Whole Blood RNA Extraction BioAssay Kit provides a rapid method for the isolation and purification of RNA molecules from 200ul whole blood samples. The RNA molecules isolated using this Whole Blood Extraction Kit can be used in various downstream applications relating to gene regulation and functional analysis, including qRT-PCR, northern blotting and microarray profiling analysis.Kit Components:Lysis Buffer, 1x33ml Lysis Enhancer Solution, 1x4.4ml Acidified Phenol:Chloroform, 1x50ml Spin Column with Collection Tubes, 50 Wash Buffer 1, 1x35ml Wash Buffer 2 (Concentrated), 1x7mlRNase-Free Water, 1x6mlStorage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
