Bcl-3，a proto-oncogene，is believed to be involved in certain human B cell leukemias. It encodes a protein that functions as an IkB-like molecule for native NFkB，but is specific for the p50 subunit of NFkB.
應用類型
Western blot analysis （2-4 ug/ml）. Per researchers feedback， the antibody also works well in Immunoprecipation （10-20 ug/ml）， and Immunohistochemistry （20-40 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Detects 55-60 kDa Bcl-3 of human， mouse， and rat origins. Other species have not been tested.
