PDK1 （Phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase 1） plays an important role in cell signaling pathways and is involved in regulation of a wide variety of processes，including cell proliferation，differentiation and apoptosis.

Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）， immunoprecipitation （10-20 ug/ml）， and Immunohistochemistry （15-25 ug/ml）. However， the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes ~60 kDa PDK1 of human， mouse， and rat origins. A ~33 kDa cleavage fragment can also been recognized. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
