SHP-2 （also known as SHPTP2，Syp，PTP1D and PTP2C） is a ubiquitously expressed tyrosine-specific protein phosphatase. It plays an important role in the control of cell growth，differentiation，migration，and death. Activation of SHP-2 and its association with Gab1 is critical for sustained Erk activation downstream of several growth factor receptors and cytokines.

Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）， immunoprecipitation （10-20 ug/ml） and Immunohistochemistry （20-30 ug/ml）. However， the optimal concentrations should be determined individually.
