FHIT （Fragile histidine triad） tumore suppressor gene is frequently altered in human tumors. FHIT has been implicated in regulating tumor growth and apoptosis. FHIT physically associates with ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme 9.
應用類型
Western blotting （1-4 ug/ml）. Other applications have not been tested. The optimal concentrations should be determined individually.The antibody recognizes FHIT in samples from human， mouse and rat origins. 293 cell lysate can be used as a positive control. A 16 kDa band should be detected.
