Developmental pluripotency associated 4 （DPPA4） is a nuclear SAP-domain protein whose expression is restricted to pluripotent cells，undifferentiated embryonal carcinomas and germ cell tumors. DPPA4 is also considered as an embryonic stem cell marker. Human DPPA4 shares 51% amino acids sequence homology with mouse DPPA4.

Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Other applications have not been determined. The antibody recognizes ~ 55 kDa human DPP4. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
