Calmodulin binding peptide （CBP） tag is a fusion protein that is useful for immunoaffinity purification of proteins expressed in E.coli. The CBP tag binds to calmodulin resin in the presence of low concentration of calcium and can be eluted with a neutral buffer. The antibody is suitable for identifying CBP-fusion proteins.
應用類型
The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Blocking peptide （Cat.# 3960BP-50） is available separately.
