- Sample Type:Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.Intended Use:For quantitative detection of A-GHR in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.Sensitivity:<9.375pg/mlPrecision: Intra-Assay CV: <8%Inter-Assay CV: <10%Range:15.625-1000pg/mlSpecificity:RatTest Principle:This BioAssay kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti-A-GHR antibody was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. And the biotin conjugated anti-A-GHR antibody was used as detection antibodies. The standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody were added to the wells subsequently, and wash with wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. TMB substrates were used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the A-GHR amount of sample captured in plate. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader, and then the concentration of A-GHR can be calculated.Kit Components:Microtiter Strips, 1x96 wells (8x12 wells)Standard, 2x1 vialSample/Standard Dilution Buffer, 1x20mlAntibody (Biotin) (Concentrated), 1x120ulAntibody Dilution Buffer, 1x10mlStreptavidin (HRP) (SABC), 1x120ulSABC Dilution Buffer, 1x10mlTMB Substrate, 1x10mlStop Solution, 1x10mlWash Buffer, 25X, 1x30mlStorage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
