EGF （Epidermal Growth Factor） is polypeptide growth factor that stimulates the proliferation of a wide range of epidermal and epithelial cells. Human EGF is a 6.2 kDa protein containing 53 amino acid residues.
應用類型
Western blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. Recombinant human EGF （Cat.# 4022-10） can be used as a positive control. Per customer’s feedback， it can also be used in Neutralization and Elisa. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
