FGF-2 is a basic heparin binding growth factor that stimulates the proliferation of a wide variety of cells including mesenchymal，neuroectodermal and endothelial cells. Recombinant rat FGF-2 is a single，non-glycosylated chain containing 145 amino acids and having a molecular weight of 16.3 kDa.
應用類型
The antibody can be used in Western Blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Recombinant rat FGF-2 （Cat.# 4039-10） can be used as a positive control.
