Murine GM-CSF （Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor） is a potent species-specific stimulator of bone marrow cells. GM-CSF stimulates precursor cells of granulocytes，macrophages and eosinophils. Murine GM-CSF is a 14.0 kDa protein containing 124 amino acid residues.
應用類型
Western blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. Recombinant murine GM-CSF （Cat.# 4101-10） can be used as a positive control. Based on researchers feedback， the antibody also works well in ELISA （2-3 ug/ml） and neutralization （5-10 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
