IGF-I （Insulin-like Growth Factor-I） is a polypeptide growth factor that stimulates the proliferation of a wide range of cell types including muscle，bone，and cartilage tissue. Murine IGF-I is a 7.6 kDa protein containing 70 amino acid residues.
應用類型
Western Blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. Recombinant murine IGF-I （Cat.# 4120-20） can be used as a positive control. Per researcher’s feedback， the antibody also works well in Neutralization （2-6 ug/ml）. However， the optimal condition should be determined individually.
