IL-12 is a regulatory protein produced by activated B-lymphocytes and macrophages. Murine IL-12 is a 75 kDa heterodimeric glycoprotein （506 amino acids） consisting of disulfide linked 35 kDa （p35） and 40 kDa （p40） subunits.

Western blot analysis （0.5-1 ug/ml）， Elisa （1-4 ug/ml） and neutralization （0.1-0.5 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
